Ottoria Kozmetik is a private label (contract) cosmetics manufacturer and brand development company in Turkey. It serves entrepreneurs, e-commerce sellers, pharmacies, hair salons and beauty centres that want to launch their own cosmetic brand, offering private label production and label design using its own ready formulas only. Under the Ottoria brand it offers Moroccan black soap, premium boxed Ottoman bath soaps, hair, face and body oils, serums, face creams, essential oils, perfume, cologne, reed diffusers and room sprays. Every project follows a clear sequence: brief, sample approval, packaging design, regulatory documentation and batch production. In Turkey, cosmetic products are governed by the Cosmetic Products Regulation published in Official Gazette No. 32184 on 8 May 2023, and products must be notified to the Product Tracking System (ÜTS) of the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) before they are placed on the market.
