Ottoria Kozmetik is a private label (contract) cosmetics manufacturer and brand development company in Turkey. It serves entrepreneurs, e-commerce sellers, pharmacies, hair salons and beauty centres that want to launch their own cosmetic brand, offering custom formula development, tube filling, packaging and label design, and low to high volume production. Under the Ottoria brand it offers Moroccan black soap, premium boxed Ottoman bath soaps, hair, face and body oils, serums, salt and sugar scrubs and face creams. Every project follows a clear sequence: brief, sample approval, packaging design, regulatory documentation and batch production. In Turkey, cosmetic products are governed by the Cosmetic Products Regulation published in Official Gazette No. 32184 on 8 May 2023, and products must be notified to the Product Tracking System (ÜTS) of the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) before they are placed on the market.
